Arnt Roger Aasen
Arnt arrived in Webstep in October 2000, working on consulting and analysis, customer processes and project management. Later, as the company grew from one single to multiple departments, and from 20 towards 400 employees, he turned to combine his work with branding and communications. He also worked within recruiting and a wide range of support and building activities in new Webstep departments in Norway and Sweden.
Arnt has several years experience with management as well as working experience from internal and external strategic information work before joining the IT industry. These include project management, information management, copywriting and journalist and editorial work, as well as marketing management.
Arnt collaborates well with others and he has the ability to see the big picture, he enjoys challenges, and is solutions oriented. Additionally he has a great sense of humor, he’s creative and an experienced motivator and sparring partner who enjoys sharing ideas and knowledge with colleagues and customers.
